STRONGCO APPOINTS NEW PRESIDENT

 Mississauga, Ontario - Tuesday, June 13, 2000   

Mr. Larry Pirnak, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Strongco Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Randy Henderson as President of Strongco, effective immediately.  In commenting on the appointment, Mr. Pirnak stated: "Since 1990, Randy has been employed in a senior management capacity at Strongco, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  He brings to his appointment as President a broad understanding of Strongco's operations and continuity of management, both of which will benefit the company going forward."
