Strongco Income Fund Announces June and July 2005 Distributions

 Mississauga , Ontario – June 15, 2005 : Strongco Income Fund (the "Fund") announced today that the cash distribution of $0.15 per unit for June 2005 will be payable on July 20, 2005 to unitholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2005 . The Fund also announced that the cash distribution of $0.15 per unit for July 2005 will be payable on August 19, 2005 to unitholders of record at the close of business on July 29, 2005 .

The Fund is a trust established to hold the securities of Strongco Inc., a full-line equipment sales and service company. The Fund's units are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and its website can be accessed at www.strongco.com.
