Strongco Income Fund Announces May 2005 Distribution

Mississauga, Ontario – May 18, 2005: Strongco Income Fund (the "Fund") announced today that the cash distribution of $0.15 per unit for May 2005 will be payable on June 20, 2005 to unitholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2005.

The Fund is a trust established to hold the securities of Strongco Inc., a full-line equipment sales and service company. The Fund's units are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and its website can be accessed at www.strongco.com.
